Apogee has been supporting the digital actions of the IIIB, IVB, VB & VIB Interreg North Sea programmes since 2007. In 2008, we developed the first version of the Online Monitoring System (ΟMS) for the IV period (2007-2013). The OMS was designed for the North Sea Region Programme to monitor and manage a wide variety of complex procedures and also the internal communications.
In 2015, the VB OMS was developed to expand functionality and cover the majority of the programme’s functions and procedures, such as evaluating, approving, and applying projects, including refund transactions.
As of 2021, Apogee has developed and continues to maintain the improved OMS for the current programme period (2021-2027). The third version includes new workflows to aid partner collaboration and more secure and efficient submission processes through digital signatures.
